1. Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged securely.
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for items of the same style and value, subject to availability.
If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer support immediately at torabysehj@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order details.
We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
5. How to Return an Item
