1. Returns

  • Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged securely.
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for items of the same style and value, subject to availability.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer support immediately at torabysehj@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order details.
  • We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

5. How to Return an Item
